Job summary

A large transport company in Crawley is looking for a skilled Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Engineer. Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, and repairing public service vehicles in a dynamic workshop environment. The ideal candidate has NVQ level 3 qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and a full UK Driving licence. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay of £22.69/hour, approximately £46,015 per annum.

Qualifications

• Possession of a full UK Driving licence is required.
• Holding a Commercial Licence would be an advantage.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Experience as a Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Engineer.

Responsibilities

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles.
• Cope with the day to day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings.
• Vehicle inspections.
• MOT preparation / Presentation.
• Correction of running defects.

Hours: MF Days (09:00 to 17:30)
Location: Crawley

A great opportunity for a skilled Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician has come up for a client in the Crawley area. My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the Crawley area are looking to recruit skilled Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Engineer on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles
• Cope with the day to day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings
• Vehicle inspections
• MOT preparation / Presentation
• Correction of running defects
