We have an exciting role within our Commercial and Propositions team as a Proposition Governance Lead, to focus on ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty and PROD4, and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Governance & Technical, you will act as a champion for governance, you'll keep processes sharp, deliver clear insights to senior stakeholders, and influence decisions that drive great customer outcomes.
