Are you an experienced Surveyor looking to make a real difference in the social housing sector? Our client, a leading housing provider in Gloucester, is seeking a skilled Property Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality surveying services across the housing stock to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
• Carry out property inspections, condition surveys, and compliance checks.
• Manage responsive and planned maintenance works.
• Work with contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance, and asset management standards are met.
• Support tenants with advice and guidance on property issues.
