A leading insurance firm in the UK is seeking a Property Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee procurement activities and manage supplier relationships effectively. The role requires strong experience in property procurement and contract negotiations, along with detailed knowledge of JCT contracts and supplier management. This position is ideal for someone with proven success in managing complex property projects and a knack for delivering value through technical procurement solutions. Do you have technical expertise in property procurement with in-depth knowledge of Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contracts, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, coupled with strong supplier relationship management skills. Are you experienced in managing complex property projects and delivering value through technical procurement solutions.
We’re seeking a Property Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Procurement team here at AXA UK, with a dotted line responsibility into the Head of Property. In this role, you’ll be both leading property procurement activities as well as managing strategic supplier relationships through the life of the contract, providing expert guidance and support to your internal stakeholder group. Your technical acumen will ensure effective, compliant, and value-for-money delivery of property-related goods, services, and works, executing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance across all property procurement activities.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at our Ipswich, Tunbridge Wells or London office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
