Overview

Property Solicitor (Rural), 6+ Years PQE, Newcastle, £Competitive (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join the expanding Rural Property team of a leading regional law firm in Newcastle. JOB REF: 1072.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied and complex caseload of rural and commercial property transactions.
  • Advise clients across the agriculture and rural sectors on a full range of property matters.
  • Play an active role in business development, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service.
Skills Required
  • Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial and/or Rural Property law.
  • Proven track record in handling complex transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base in the agricultural and rural communities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
