Job description

Are you a Property Solicitor (NQ+) or Legal Executive looking to join an established practice offering home/remote working 2–3 days per week?

Our client is an established commercial practice with a diverse range of HNW clients, including celebrities, entrepreneurs, and clients in the technology sector.

The successful candidate will join a team of 3 lawyers and work closely with the department's Senior Solicitor, managing an existing caseload of approximately 30–40 live matters, covering both Commercial and Residential Property.

Your responsibilities will include handling Residential sales, Commercial Property transactions (such as retail units, shops, offices), business leases, under-leases, licenses to assign, deeds of variation, and overage agreements. Additional experience with asset/share sales/purchases or IP/IT work would be advantageous.

This role will be primarily office-based for junior lawyers, with some home/remote working (2–3 days) available for more experienced lawyers/solicitors with around 3+ years PQE.

Candidates must be driven, comfortable working with Case Management systems, and possess good IT competency.
