A leading property services provider is hiring a Property Services Repairs Reporting Coordinator to analyze performance data and produce actionable reports. This role involves collaboration with teams and contractors to ensure accuracy and drive improvements. The successful candidate will need advanced Excel skills and experience in a responsive repairs management environment. Location: Bradford/Peterborough/Stockton/Burnley or Camberley, Hybrid with travel to Accent offices as required.
Salary: £31,313 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

The spot salary for this post is £31,313 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

A role-related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real-life situations. You’ll be asked to complete a Congruity Questionnaire in advance.
