Qualifications

  • Experience in Voids and Repairs Services is essential.
  • Ability to manage contractors and understanding Health & Safety are required.
  • Inspection skills and knowledge of contract law are important.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of high-quality estate services across contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance service provision.
  • Administer contract processes and monitor contractor performance.
  • Resolve service issues and maintain accurate service data.
  • Engage with residents to address local environmental concerns.

Skills

Knowledge & experience of Voids and Repairs Services
Knowledge & experience of contractor management including Health & Safety management
Proven Inspection and Work Scheduling skills
Contract Law knowledge
