• The Story of Progress: Bring the construction site to life. You will visit developments to capture and share social media updates, ensuring clients feel a tangible connection to their investment\'s progress.
• Conveyancing Coordination: Drive the momentum of the sale by proactively liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, ensuring that documentation moves swiftly and milestones are met.
• Compliance Stewardship: Uphold the highest levels of professional integrity by managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements with precision and confidentiality.
