Salary – Up to £40,000 (Depending on experience)

Our client award winners for best estate agent in 2024, with a recognition for marketing, customer service and sales and lettings results are based in Rainham and looking for a Property Manager team Leader to manage their established team of 3 looking after around 640 units within this hub.

The ideal candidate will possess ambition and be able to hit the ground running. The role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

• Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
• Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
• Managing all compliance certification post move in.
• End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
• Resolving generic enquiries.
• Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
