Overview

Property Manager – At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Taunton. As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
  • Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
  • Maintain a central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
  • Oversee customer service, ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
  • Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
  • Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch.
