Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join our team in Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven professional to help manage a diverse property portfolio within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including client liaison, maintenance oversight, tenancy administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

  • Basic salary range of £24000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Additional £7200 earnings expected through uncapped commission

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Sutton

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrearsProcessing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
