Property Block Manager (Remote)

Site locations: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Travel Expenses
Location: Fully Remote (with site visits approx. 1x per week or fortnight)

The Role

As a Property Block Manager, you'll take responsibility for a residential leasehold portfolio across Cambridgeshire. The role is fully remote, with site visits typically once a week or fortnight. You'll work alongside a supportive and social team who are passionate about delivering excellent service.

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential block management
  • Strong working knowledge of leasehold management, including:
  • Service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Section 20 consultations
  • Building Safety Act compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing major works projects and dealing with contractors
  • Ideally IRPM or TPI qualified/accredited (or working towards)
  • Confident using property management systems and remote tools
