Property Litigation Solicitor – Senior Associate (London)

Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their law firm as a Senior Associate in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment while developing your career and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims
  • Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants, and rights of way
  • Beneficial interest disputes
  • Party Wall disputes
  • Construction disputes experience desirable as the team is looking to expand in this area
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years PQE, gained in private practice
  • Proven experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
  • Strong client-handling and business development skills
  • Ability to generate new work and support the team's business development initiatives
  • Strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation (some commercial litigation experience is advantageous)
  • Excellent initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on their feet
