Role

Property Litigation Solicitor

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first‑class reputation.

The caseload will include but is not limited to:

• Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters).
• Boundary disputes.
• General property disputes.
• TOLATA claims.
• Professional negligence claims relating to property.
• Commercial and general litigation support when required.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of PQE (as a solicitor in England and Wales) in Property Litigation law.
• Strong advocacy skills.
• A proactive approach to building on the firm's strong market reputation.
