Property Litigation - Senior / Managing Associate

Location: Exeter

If you're ready for a role where you can grow, lead, and make a difference, this could be the perfect next step. A top 100 law firm is looking for a Senior or Managing Associate to join a supportive Property Litigation team that's building a strong reputation across the region.

In this position, you'll have the chance to take ownership of your own matters while also guiding junior colleagues and working closely with peers across other offices. The work is varied and interesting from disputes involving development land (including telecoms) and property contracts, through to landlord and tenant issues such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breaches of covenant. You'll work with a wide mix of clients, including individuals, corporates, retailers, developers, and investors.

Our client are keen to hear from lawyers with solid experience in contentious property matters who enjoy working in a client focused environment.
