A prestigious law firm in London is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Specialist to enhance its real estate practice. This role involves advising clients on complex property disputes and managing high-stakes litigation. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationships and a proven track record in property law. The firm offers a collaborative environment and significant resources to support professional growth.
A well-regarded City law firm is looking for a seasoned Property Litigation Specialist to join its strong real‐estate practice based in London. This firm acts for high-profile clients including national housebuilders and major residential property funds, as well as some of London’s largest housing associations.
The core real estate team at this firm is widely recognised for handling complex development and asset-management matters, including development-disputes, rights-of-light and high-value regeneration work.
The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator with demonstrable ability to win, run and build a book of work: the firm seeks someone who not only can contribute into its broader property team but who also brings their own clients and mandates. You should have a track record of acting for developers, investors, landlords, tenants and landowners in complex contentious property matters.
You will be joining a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment: while you’ll benefit from the firm’s existing real-estate platform and client base, you must be prepared to lead and develop your own practice line. The firm will consider candidates at the senior non-partner level provided that you have strong client relationships and a clear pipeline of work to bring.
Your role will involve advising on high-stakes property litigation matters spanning the full range of development, asset management and estate disputes, including rights-of-light, party‐wall, easement and covenant issues, leasehold and freehold disputes, landlord/tenant work and redevelopment risk. You will work closely with the firm’s development, planning, construction, real‐estate finance and social housing teams to provide integrated solutions for major clients.
This Firm offers the infrastructure, reputation and breadth of matter that you’d expect from a top-tier real estate disputes group.
