This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior property litigation solicitor to take a leading role within a growing and highly respected firm.

As a Property Litigation Partner, you will manage a high-quality caseload covering a wide range of contentious property matters including landlord and tenant disputes, service charge and dilapidation claims, restrictive covenant issues, and development-related disputes. The firm is known for its work with institutional landlords, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers, and you will provide strategic and commercial advice to these clients across both commercial and residential sectors.
