Job Description

The Property Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:

• Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters.
• Dealing with a range of work including landlord and tenant disputes, estate management, dilapidation's and professional negligence claims.
• Advising on both residential and commercial property disputes
• Working closely with clients across the UK
• Getting involved in mediation's and arbitration's
• Mentoring junior team members
• Taking an key role in business development

The Successful Applicant

The successful Property Litigation Legal Director should have / be:

• A Solicitor likely to be upwards of 7 years PQE
• A track record dealing with property disputes work
• An interest to work for a large regional law firm
• Ties to Leeds
• Already be working for a reputable firm who deal with property disputes work.
