Job summary

A leading waste management company in the UK is seeking a Legal Counsel (Property) with expertise in commercial property law. The role, based in High Wycombe, requires providing legal advice for property acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and assisting with due diligence exercises. Candidates should be qualified solicitors with ideally 7+ years of experience. This position offers a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Ideally 7+ years PQE in property law, especially in-house.
• Extensive knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
• Practical application of start-to-end property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely commercial property law advice.
• Support drafting and negotiation for property transactions.
• Review and negotiate property lease and acquisition documents.
• Assist with property due diligence exercises.
