Overview

Dover District Council is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEX with extensive experience (minimum 5 years post qualification) in property law, especially social housing and shared ownership, to join our Legal Services team. You’ll provide expert legal advice, manage complex transactions, and help us deliver homes and opportunities for our residents. This is more than just legal work, it’s about impact, innovation, and community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress complex property transactions from start to completion.
  • Support delivery of affordable homes and residents’ opportunities through legal services.
