You will focus on building relationships with high-net-worth clients and assisting them in growing their investment portfolios. The position offers a base salary of £30,000 plus an OTE of £80K+ through an uncapped commission scheme, along with amazing growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or property sales.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from multiple marketing channels.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, meeting daily KPIs.
  • Conduct professional consultations to understand client investment needs.
  • Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements.
  • Manage objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Build and maintain trust with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

A leading property investment company is seeking a motivated and target-driven Property Investment Consultant to join their dynamic Leeds team. Specialising in property investment sales across the UK, the company works closely with developers to present exclusive off‑plan investment opportunities to both UK and international investors.

In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, helping them grow their investment portfolios through buy‑to‑let properties. You’ll be at the heart of the sales process—advising clients, managing enquiries, and closing deals.
