Candidates should have at least 2 years of credit control experience, ideally within property management. Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with tenants.

  • Enter financial details accurately into credit systems.
  • Issue invoices and payment reminders.
  • Handle sales ledger duties and cash-collection reports.
  • Organise tenancy documentation.
  • Manage direct debit arrangements with tenants.
  • Coordinate with agencies for debt recovery.
