This role involves supporting facilities management and overseeing operations to provide a seamless experience at Angel Court. Support the delivery of all Facilities and Property Management services across Angel Court and the London Health Clinic portfolio.
Oversee reception operations, including visitor inductions and meeting room bookings, ensuring a seamless experience.
Act as site lead for Eptura, managing room and resource bookings accurately.
Coordinate events and support Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes.
Post weekly updates on Workvivo to keep employees informed and engaged.
Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain site standards, cleanliness, and safety.
Ensure Health & Safety boards are up to date and compliance requirements are met.
Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of contractor attendance and compliance data on C365.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities is essential
Experience in facilities or property coordination within a corporate environment would be desirable
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance processes.
Comfortable using property management systems (experience with Eptura is a plus).
A proactive, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
