Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role in property management, ideally in the private sector.
  • Strong ability to work on own initiative.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full demand process, provide budget templates to Estate Managers.
  • Ensure all client reporting requirements meet deadlines.
  • Prepare service charge year end accounts and submit to accountants.
  • Manage monthly expenditure review and correction process.
  • Assisting rent increase process for different types.
  • Circulate year end accounts to leaseholders within 6 months.
  • Check all client bank accounts are fully reconciled.
  • Keep up to date accounting records regarding completions.
