Property Cleaner

£29,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card

Covering properties across Hampshire, East and West Sussex

We’re looking for a Mobile Cleaner to carry out deep cleans and property clearances across our homes in Hampshire and Sussex — helping to restore empty properties and get them ready for new residents.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out deep end‑of‑tenancy and environmental cleans to high standards.
• Clean homes that may have been vacant or exceptionally dirty, including carpets, basements, and lofts.
• Remove all rubbish, furniture, carpets, and non‑approved fittings from properties.
• Tidy and clear overgrown or heavily littered gardens, removing waste, scrap, and debris.
• Clear contents from garages and sheds as required.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety guidelines and standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in property clearance or deep/end‑of‑tenancy cleaning.
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting, loading, and outdoor tasks.
• Understanding of health and safety standards in cleaning and waste handling.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential to this role (you’ll be provided with a van and fuel card).
