An award-winning business in Essex is seeking a Property Claims Handler to manage and process property claims effectively. The successful candidate will have previous claims handling experience or a strong technical background, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills. Reporting to the Property Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for handing a portfolio of property claims. You will be fully responsible for processing and handling Property Claims in a timely and quality manner, arranging expert investigation and following up reports, monitoring outstanding claims, whilst assisting in the resolution of complaints and ensuring the creation of correct entries.
