Role: Property Administrator

Location: Salford Quays

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (Dependent on experience)

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Reed are currently working with a leading commercial property management company as a Property Administrator. The role will be based out of their flagship offices in Salford Quays.

The client is looking for an Administrator who is organised, dependable, great with people and happy to get stuck in. Someone who takes ownership, spots what needs doing, and enjoys making things run smoothly. If you like variety, teamwork and being part of a business where your contribution really matters then look no further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Coordination: Support the Facilities and Property teams with data checks, document management, and compliance record-keeping. Handle diary management, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Billing & Finance: Manage utility queries, credit control, arrears monitoring, and ad hoc billing for company and building costs. Produce monthly management reports and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Facilities & Maintenance: Order parts and supplies, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and liaise with contractors. Provide occasional site cover for inspections, meter readings, and contractor access.
  • Process & Efficiency: Assist in streamlining procedures and developing SOPs to improve business operations.
  • Community & Marketing: Help organise tenant and community events, and contribute to marketing and social media planning using platforms like Canva, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Essential Criteria
  • Strong administrative background.

  • Comfortable with numbers and billing tasks.
  • IT confident — experience with Microsoft and SharePoint.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.

Desirable Criteria
  • Property or Facilities Management experience.
  • Experience with Asana, Xero, Joblogic, Released (training provided).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
