Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Management team with customer care.
  • Process tenant applications and referencing.
  • Complete AML/ID checks for prospective tenants.
  • Prepare lease agreements.
  • Instruct and track safety certification.
  • Process maintenance invoices.
  • Assist with property viewings and general admin support.
  • Manage client interactions and enquiries.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Property Administrator to support the Property Management team in delivering outstanding customer care and ensuring smooth operational processes across the department. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and driven, with a naturally positive attitude and strong administrative capability. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, service-focused team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Processing tenant applications and referencing
  • Completing AML/ID checks for prospective tenants
  • Preparing lease agreements ready for signing
  • Instructing, tracking and maintaining records for safety certification
  • Processing maintenance invoices
  • Assisting with property viewings when required
  • Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing office keys and key logs
  • Attending viewing appointments when required
  • Managing the enquiries email inbox
  • Handling Council Tax, utility provider and factoring invoices
  • Assisting with incoming calls
  • Managing landlord registration renewals
  • Registering tenant deposits and assisting with deposit releases
  • Creating and issuing inspection reports to landlords
