Based in Hertfordshire, my client is part of a European group of companies and market leader in their field of manufacturing combustion based products/equipment.They are currently seeking an experienced Projects, Contracts Engineer, which is predominantly office based but occasionally involves attending sites across the UK. The role is mainly office based The role involves:-

  • Managing the day to day running of multiple projects covering design, procurement, installation and commissioning.
  • Completion of sales tender documentation
  • Working with the design team and Application Engineers to find the right components for turnkey projects
  • Provide ongoing project planning/status reporting for customers and management
  • Control invoicing and commercial documentation
  • Liaise with sub contractors and customers

This is a busy and diverse role which is mainly office based but may involve some travel to client sites.

The key skills include Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, use of CRM systems, Word, Excel, Outlook and excellent communication skills.

Ideally candidates will have experience within the combustion industry and have worked on turnkey projects in the past.
