A leading supported housing provider in the UK is seeking a Project Worker to support young people who have experienced homelessness. This role involves building trusting relationships, encouraging independent living, and facilitating participation in social and leisure activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience working with vulnerable populations. At Salvation Army Homes, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement for people who are or have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation. As a Project Worker, you will need to:
A Project Worker will instinctively share Salvation Army Homes delivery values and behaviours, loving your work, helping people to thrive and always finding a way to be effective.
You will be allocated a Buddy during your Probationary Period and will receive regular 1:1 Supervision sessions and an Annual Appraisal with your Line Manager
