A reputable contractor in Greater London is seeking a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance its commercial team. This role involves overseeing procurement, managing budgets, and supporting contract compliance on projects valued between £30m and £150m. Ideal candidates should have experience in large-scale schemes and knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts. Rate / Salary: £60,(Apply online only)-£90,(Apply online only) + package
A well‑established main contractor is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the addition of experienced Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors. The business has recently secured several high‑profile schemes across leisure, life sciences, technology, and commercial sectors, with project values ranging from £30m to £150m.
These roles offer the opportunity to take responsibility for end‑to‑end commercial delivery or to support a lead surveyor on complex, high‑value projects. Experience in procurement, cost management, and contract administration will be highly regarded, as many of these projects are already underway or about to start on site.
