A leading infrastructure solutions firm in the UK is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage a commercial team throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves ensuring compliance with governance and contract requirements, preparing cost reports, and liaising with clients. Candidates must have significant experience in the construction industry, strong financial acumen, and an RICS or CICES accredited degree. The position offers a significant contribution to project management and delivery.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage a commercial team through the lifecycle of the project from design to project close out, ensuring that at all times the Company’s governance and any contract specific requirements are adhered to. Within a defined delegated level of authority, this role is responsible for the implementation and delivery of our 10 Commercial Objectives, appropriate to the activities in which the role is engaged.
