Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale projects.

We're looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One Civil Engineering firm in delivering the on Sizewell C project - a development that will shape the future of sustainable energy in the UK.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.

Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.

Meeting and collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth project delivery.

Take ownership of all commercial and contractual matters on the project.

Lead and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to ensure successful delivery.

Play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and client relationships on a project of national importance.

Requirements

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale projects.

You hold an accredited qualification with RICS, CIOB, or ICES.

You have proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and / or Quantity Surveyor.

Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.
