Job Overview

You will be highly skilled in managing complex projects & programmes using Primavera P6 and have the ability to lead programmes autonomously providing value through consulting. You will be happy working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders and have the capability to share your knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience managing change within D&C in P6 in accordance with the contract and client requirements.
  • Solid understanding of D&C sequencing and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts.
  • Previous experience in the water sector is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all project phases—from pre‑construction and design to final delivery.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders in the water sector Design & Construction (D&C) portfolio.
  • Work on Welsh Water's Engineering Consultancy Framework and South West Water's Engineering Consultancy Framework.

The role can be based from any of our offices in the region, including Birmingham, Redditch, Bristol, Exeter, Derby & Cardiff. You will join a collaborative, supportive team and enjoy a wealth of development opportunities across a diverse business.
