Job summary

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and various offices, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will have an HND/SVQ4 or equivalent in Construction / Building or related discipline.

Responsibilities

You will inspect and survey properties and develop, implement, and supervise reactive maintenance projects to improve and maintain the housing stock, ensuring optimum contribution of other Services, Agencies and Contractors.

The Individual

You will have an experience with repairs and maintenance of buildings and experience of working directly with the public.

You will have good communication, customer care, analytical skills and problem solving skills. The ability to plan and prioritise workloads, experience working in a team, ability to work under pressure and working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel.

You will be able to attend evening meetings and hold a current driving licence.
