A leading tiling contractor in London is seeking an experienced Tiling & Finishes Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in ceramic tiling, strong leadership, and organizational skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Experience in ceramic wall and floor tiling.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-management ability.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CSCS card required.
  • SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage labour and materials for timely project delivery.
  • Liaise with main contractors' site teams to meet programme and quality expectations.
  • Monitor and report project progress to the operations team.
  • Manage health & safety documentation including RAMS and toolbox talks.
  • Attend regular site meetings.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with all parties.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established finishing and ceramic tiling contractor delivering high-quality projects valued up to £4m for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors. With a strong reputation across high-end residential, commercial, retail and office sectors, they continue to experience steady growth and are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their operational team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, efficient delivery, and strong client satisfaction. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to support both new and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and manage labour and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Liaise closely with main contractors' site teams to meet programme and quality expectations
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the operations team
  • Manage health & safety documentation including RAMS and toolbox talks
  • Attend regular site meetings and represent the business professionally
  • Maintain strong communication channels across all parties involved in each project
Requirements
