Role

The role is ideal for an experienced Construction Project Manager from a client side / consultancy background. The initial focus will be on healthcare schemes, predominantly refurbishments and smaller projects, accounting for approximately 60% of your time. The remaining 40% will involve commercial and residential schemes. This diverse project portfolio ensures you won\'t be siloed into specific sectors, allowing for a broad and enriching experience.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Providing day-to-day direction to Assistant Project Managers, fostering their development through mentorship and guidance.
