About the Job

As a Manufacturing Project Manager, youll work collaboratively with stakeholders to lead operational initiatives that drive performance, efficiency and excellence such as the implementation of new equipment, product optimisation and facility consolidation. Youll be responsible for managing multiple cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the Director of Manufacturing and Operations Leadership team, develop and present business cases for manufacturing capital, optimisation and / or consolidation projects.
  • Apply a structured planning approach and analysis to autonomously lead initiatives while evaluating progress, establishing project timelines and ownership, identifying measures of success, ensuring commitments are met, and expected results are realised.
  • Manage the design, construction and commissioning of upgrades to manufacturing facilities, as well as the dilapidations of exited facilities.
