Job summary

A global banking client is seeking an experienced Project Manager – IAM Specialist to support the adoption of Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a good technical understanding of IAM, along with hands-on experience delivering IAM projects. This role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days on-site in Sheffield and 3 days working from home. Candidates should also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on IAM project experience is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience working with technical Cybersecurity and operations teams is a plus.
  • Previous Scrum Master or Lead experience in a large organisation is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the adoption of IAM across the Global Business.
  • Lead internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope.
  • Use standard PM reporting practices and keep JIRA Confluence updated.

Project Manager – IAM Specialist

My global banking client is looking for an experienced technical project manager with expertise in hands–on delivery of IAM (Identity & Access Management) projects. The role involves supporting the adoption of IAM across the Global Business.

YOU MUST HAVE HANDS–ON IAM PROJECT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Essential Skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good technical understanding of
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • DevOp
    • Jenkins
    • CICD Pipelines
    • Cloud and on–premise infrastructure platforms
  • Previous hands on experience of delivering IAM projects
  • Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholders
  • Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope
  • Using standard PM reporting practices ensuring JIRA Confluence is kept up to date
  • Positive proactive team player working as part of a large programme global team
  • Good understanding of regulatory & audit requirements

Desirable Skills
  • A PM qualification Prince 2 PMP
  • Proven track record of working with technical Cybersecurity and operations teams
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Lead for a complex programme or in a large organisation
  • Experience working with JIRA and workflow management tools

  • Sector experience within banking/financial services

The role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week on site in Sheffield and 3 days WFH paid via umbrella.
