Location: Southwest

Rate: £450 per day via umbrella inside IR35
Duration: 6 months

Hours: Part time - 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Maintain a progress tracker and risk log for the project, managing deadlines and escalating risks as needed
- Project managing the communal heating systems update across 3000 social housing properties, communal heating systems, with 23 communal schemes in total spread across 60-70 blocks of flats
- Looking for in-depth consultancy support to help deliver a detailed compliance plan by late 2025, with a view of achieving full compliance with all aspects of the new Regulations from April 2026 onwards
- The plan should address all aspects of the new Regulations, and should respond to any changes as they are introduced
- The support should review the Council's as-is processes, and make recommendations for any changes to polices, processes and structure which are required to achieve compliance
- Present a compliance plan enabling any changes to be implemented ahead of April 2026
Experience
- Previous work related to Housing and/or the District Heating Sector
- Lead PoC for external consultants, managing flow of work between external consultants and internal teams
- Directing the work of a BA
- Prepare agendas and take minutes/actions for project/programme boards
- MUST HAVE previous experience managing a housing projects
