We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our expanding team in Leeds, working on a range of construction projects within the healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management commissions from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, meeting their objectives and maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage projects of varying scale, typically up to £40m, including advising on strategic approaches and establishing success criteria.
  • Oversee project planning, resource procurement, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, manage change control, and oversee project finances.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders through meetings and reports.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including bid preparation and client pitches.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
