Job summary

A leading service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced FM professional to lead a multi-site Hard FM contract. The role requires strong leadership and management of service delivery, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications

  • Significant Hard FM management experience, including overseeing complex service contracts.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Solid financial and operational understanding, including budgeting and lifecycle planning.
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge with experience in compliance, audits and investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of all Hard FM services, maintenance activities and lifecycle works.
  • Provide effective leadership to on-site teams, ensuring performance, development and service excellence.
  • Oversee financial performance, including contract budgets, forecasts and lifecycle expenditure.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual, statutory and quality requirements while promoting continual improvement.
