An existing client of Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Project Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

They are a large national main contractor, with a turnover of over £1B per annum and one of the largest privately owned businesses in the UK construction market.

Responsibilities

Site-based lead / No.1, overseeing the New Build Student Accommodation scheme.

• New Build Student Accommodation – 22 storeys – £65M

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree-level qualifications
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Demonstrable long periods of work history for established Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors
• Experience in High Rise or Student Accommodation is beneficial
