Project Manager – Chelmsford (Hybrid remote) - £50k

Construction / Building Fabric focused | Remote Work | Flexible Schedule | Autonomy | Progression

Ada Meher is partnering with a Software Vendor in the 3D Imaging and Building Fabric / Construction Management technology space, as they seek to recruit an experienced Project Manager to help them improve client project delivery on large-scale commercial construction projects.

As they are flexible employer this role is available on a mainly remote basis, travelling to the office every couple of weeks. As such, there is a necessity to be based semi-locally in order to be considered. This same flexibility is found in the way they manage working hours, preferring to focus on productivity over time-at-desk, so it’s a great business for keeping up with life’s commitments around work.

As a Project Manager you would work closely with the clients and the operations team, to ensure projects based around O&Ms and Digital Handovers are delivered successfully, in budget and on time. There is scope and autonomy in this role for the successful candidate to help define & improve the processes they work to. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge around Construction project handovers, as well as experience delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
