A leading energy services provider is recruiting a Project Manager in Crewe. This full-time role involves overseeing capital improvement projects and ensuring financial and operational commitments are met. Candidates should have extensive project management experience, ideally in building services, with strong communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Proven and extensive experience within a similar role.
  • Operational and technical experience with building services M&E background.
  • Proven experience in Project Management of projects over £1 million.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.
  • Demonstrable skills in managing complex interrelated issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Design, Estimation, Value for money, Delivery of Capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with SLAs.
  • Provide safe working conditions for employees.
  • Manage project costing activities and financial stability.
  • Develop new business and relationships.
