Whatwillyouspendyourtimedoing?

YouwillreportintotheSeniorProgrammeManagerforKFCTechandworkwithinthePortfolioteam.Thisteam’sprimaryresponsibilityisaroundhybriddeliveryofprojects&programmesandyouneedtohaveabroadunderstandingofdifferentdeliverymethodstobesuccessfulinthisrole.Someotherkeyrequirementsarelistedbelow:

• Defineprojectscope,goals,anddeliverablesthatsupportbusinessgoalsincollaborationwithseniormanagementandstakeholders.
• Proactivelymanagechangesinprojectscope,identifypotentialcrises,anddevisecontingencyplans.
• Ownershipofprojectsfrominitiationtodelivery.
• Coach,mentor,motivate,andsuperviseprojectteammembersandcontractorsandinencethemtotakepositiveactionandaccountabilityfortheirassignedworkli>
• Beabletoworkwithahybriddeliveryframework,thatempowerstheteamtobeselfsufficientonaday-to-daybasisbutalsoprovidesoverallvisibility&governanceoftheproject.

• Confidentinpresentingtoawiderangeofstakeholdersacrossvaryinglevelsofseniorityandensuingcontentistailoredtobeengagingandsuccinct.
