The ideal candidate will have experience in FSM/CRM/ERP projects, strong communication skills, and be able to manage a detailed project timeline. Project Manager Location: Hybrid with travel to national locations as requiredSalary: £50,000 - £60,00012-month Fixed Term ContractT2M are currently working alongside a rapidly growing compliance and critical engineering services business to help them to recruit a Project Manager.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful rollout of Simpro (field service management software) across the organisation. Working cross-functionally, you'll act as a key facilitator between leadership, business units, vendors, and end users—ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery at every stage.As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:Oversee the implementation and integration of the Field Service Management Software system, Simpro.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining comprehensive RAID logs.Organise and document project meetings, ensuring clear communication and tracking of actions and milestones.Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders on timelines, risks, and progress.Oversee change management activities and encourage user adoption through training and support.Monitor project performance and produce regular reports for senior leadership.Drive user engagement throughout the transformation journey.Requirements to be a successful Project Manager:Experience in delivering FSM/CRM/ERP implementation projects; familiarity with Simpro or comparable systems such as BigChange or JobLogic is desirable.Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.Confident communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Highly organised and detailed orientated.Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.Strong problem-solver.As a Project Manager, you will be required to travel to various UK sites to oversee the integration of their FSM software system into the wider group operations. A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
