We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in overseeing business system implementations and driving strategic change within organisations. This role in Liverpool offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the not-for-profit sector.

To support this ambitious growth and continued investment in a world-leading creative learning environment, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Description

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the successful, cross-functional delivery of key strategic projects across the institution. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in the delivery of a major business transformation initiative, focusing specifically on the implementation of new core business systems. Key projects will include:

  • A new Student Information System (SIS).
  • A new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • New HR systems.

You will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and align directly with the institution's strategic goals. This involves active engagement in all project phases and supporting related initiatives as needed.

Profile / Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Project Manager with proven, hands-on experience in a Project Management role, ideally gained within SMEs or educational institutions.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, and proficiency with relevant Project Management software.
  • Attention to detail, highly-organised and takes pride in their work.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with the operational and regulatory environment of a Higher Education provider.
  • Desirable: Experience working with TechnologyOne tech stack.
  • Desirable: Experience with HR or ERP Systems.
Job Offer / Benefits
  • £45,585 per annum
  • 12 month FTC initially, with the possibility to turn permanent at end of contract
