Project Manager - Construction

Location: Leiston, Suffolk | Permanent Opportunity

We’re working with a well-established Tier 2 contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex construction and utilities project in Leiston. The scheme includes a mix of structural, building, and infrastructure works delivered to strict quality, safety, and programme standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead site delivery, managing teams, subcontractors, and daily operations.
  • Oversee programme, cost, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with CDM, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • SMSTS and CSCS essential; full UK driving licence required.
  • Experience working under NEC or similar contracts desirable.
